Adding an hour to our Wednesday, Jan 7 WITCH FLO practice - let's do some intentional spell-casting for the new year. Bring your journal and your rebellious attitude toward all "new year, new you" messaging to celebrate all that you are in THIS moment: ENOUGH, WHOLE, F*CKING MAGICAL.

This workshop will be in Lauren's traditional "movement lab" format, with some extra sprinkles of new year mischief.
